Welcome to the Internet site of the Weight Awareness Group and other Internet sites affiliated with Weight Awareness. Weight Awareness is operated by Pluripotent Ventures, LLC and its affiliates (collectively referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS of Service AND CONDITIONS OF USE (collectively known as ‘Terms of Service' or ‘TOS') CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Weight Awareness provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which may be updated by Weight Awareness from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular Weight Awareness services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. Weight Awareness may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service.
The Weight Awareness is provided free of charge to you (unless otherwise indicated), by Weight Awareness and its subsidiaries and affiliates that utilize these TOS. Weight Awareness Network is defined as all English language United States based web sites, web pages and channels owned controlled and/or operated by Weight Awareness where these Terms of Service are posted, including but not limited to all content, tools, quizzes, digital products, events, courses and/or products appearing throughout the sites.
Although portions of the Weight Awareness Network may be viewed simply by visiting the web site, in order to access the message boards and/or receive additional services from Weight Awareness, you need to sign on as a member of the Weight Awareness Network. If you register as a member of the Weight Awareness Network, these Terms of Service will govern your use of the Weight Awareness Network, including access to message boards, chat rooms, the e-mail account and personal website that may be provided to you in connection with the Weight Awareness Network and other features.
BY SIGNING ON TO THE WEIGHT AWARENESS NETWORK AND COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND SELECTING THE "LOG IN" OPTION, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND SUCH TERMS MAY BE MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME.
These Terms of Service, together with any applicable additional Terms of Service posted in connection with a particular service, product digital product, event or course govern your use of the Weight Awareness Network and all services, products, digital products events and courses provided in connection with the Weight Awareness Network, including but not limited to any course, service, product, digital product, events or personal website provided to you by Weight Awareness. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these terms of use at any time.
Weight Awareness or its affiliates shall not be liable to you for any breach of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not register for or enter the Weight Awareness Network. The Terms of Service for your continued use of the Weight Awareness Network will be available throughout the Weight Awareness Network. Please check these areas before using the Weight Awareness Network to determine whether a change has been made to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these changes in the Terms of Service as they may occur, please arrange to terminate your registration with the Weight Awareness immediately by (i) notifying Weight Awareness of your unwillingness to accept the changes to the Terms of Service; and (ii) discontinuing your use of the Weight Awareness. Your continued use of the Weight Awareness will signify your acceptance of any change in the terms and conditions set forth herein. Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the Weight Awareness, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, courses, events, tools or products is hereby expressly prohibited.
