I've started working out due to the fact school is nearing in the next 2 weeks, um I was on the bike in the gym and I've done up to level 6 for 1hour. When I weighed myself I lost up to 2 to 3 pounds. I was thinking maybe I should work out twice a day, by biking in the morning and in the afternoon in the gym. I'm 170pounds at the moment, is this idea healthy for me even though I'm still continuing eating right or should I stick with the morning routine instead both afternoon and mornings?

hi all am new to this so here goes: am over 100 lbs overweight am doing aeorobics 3 days/wk, plus dieting its been 2 mts now ---no results.do well with portion control until the evenings,cant do steps in aeorbics (hurts knees) but does all the exercises on the floor.what am i doing wrong.dont feel that im overeating THAT much at night. |

I am trying very hard to loose weight before my back surgery. I am doing excelent with portion control and not eating between meals. I need to find some excersies I can do from power chair. As I can't walk hardly or stand very much. Any thoughts would be appreciated |

Does anyone have any ideas on fitness for someone who is out of shape, bad back, rhumatoid & osteoarthritis and either CFS or Fibromyalgia from nerve damage. I am on several meds that make me extremely tired but I have to take them. They are also causing me to gain weight which is not good for my spine. I have a hard enough time getting out of bed let alone going to a gym. I feel like a slug. The meds make me tired. When I get home instead of going out for a walk I just lay down on the couch and watch tv. I know that I would probably feel better if I cout just get moving but I just have no energy. Can anybody help???? |

So I've been working out hard for the past few months doing cardio, weights, and classes. Go to the gym at least 3 days a week but now I feel like I've hit a plateau just when I started making head way! Any hints? |

I really want to work on my abs. I have tried the bicycle crunches and my left hip keep popping. I can do the standard crunches and leg lifts but are there any alternatives? |
