I want to have Liposuction done, my health is fine, no complications, I'm 180 to 200 lbs and I can't afford to pay the whole lump some of money up front. is there doctors or a facillity where you can put a down payment on the surgery and pay the other half in installments if so please tell me where I can find them. |

Seems like celebrities are always having plastic surgery these days. Some dont like to actualy admit it but its not hard to tell who has gone under the knife. Take Ashley Simpson for example, her nose looks way different from her earlier days in the spotlight, lol. One of my favorits actresses, Cameron Diaz is going under the knife soon and having a nose job to fix her nose that she has broken for the 4th time during surfing. At least she's doing it for the right reason and not for her appearance. She is also nominated for Favorite Leading lady at this year's People Choice Awards and her good " friend" lol , Justin Timberlake is nominated as well for Favorite R&B Song for "Sexyback". Cast your vote at http://www.pcavote.com and tune in to CBS on Jan 9th.2006 to see who won. Who are you voting for? |

I am planning to have an arm lift with Dr Reza Nabavian, I would love to talk to someone who had this procedure done. Dr Nabavian has shown me many before and after pictures, and they look wonderful. But I still like to talk to someone who has done this procedure. I would also like to get a tummy tuck. Has anyone done two surgeries at once? |

I am having a full tummy tuck done in a few weeks. My doctor assures me that I will be able to return to work in 2-3 weeks. Is this a reasonable expectation? I work with little children and travel with my job. I am worried that I will be exhausted by noon. Also, I am having the surgey on an out-patient basis - How do you feel when released from surgery center and how many days of moderate to sever pain can I expect. |

I'm interested in having liposuction of my upper arms. They have bothered me my whole life and I think I am finally going to do it. Has anyone else had it? Can anyone share the post op experience and an estimate of cost. |

I am considering having a tummy tuck but am concerned that I won't be healed before summer starts - like last week of May. I've spoken with the Dr. and he makes it seem like I'm on the borderline right now and I would love to hear from someone who's had it done. |

I've seen a questions asked a few times here about skin tightening so I thought a broad post may be best to reach anyone else itnerested. There are new treatments out there that are done to tighten the skin without surgery but are still so new that there are no long term studies published yet. One is Titan (using light waves) and the other is Thermage (using sound waves). They are both designed to cause immediate collagen contraction followed by new collagen production which occurs over a period of time. This is primarilry done on the face and neck area but have recently been performed on the abdomen as well. Now it's not going to give the same results as a mini tummy tuck but it may be a good alternative for a very minimal amount of skin stretching. Not an expert though so I'd make an appt. with a Dr. in your area and they be able to point you in the best direction. |
