Disadvantages of the Ornish Diet for weight loss
It may be hard for some people to give up meat completely while on the Ornish diet. Also, because meat is not allowed and dairy products are limited, the Ornish diet may be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals. Because the Ornish diet is so low in fat, it may leave people feeling hungry after meals.
